The authentic house with modern touches is in a perfect location. Cinzia, our host, was welcoming and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the private farm and beach, where we could swim in the lake surrounded by figs, lemon, and orange trees. It's a 20-minute walk from the apartment, but totally worth it!
We highly recommend this hotel.

Loved riding the free bikes around, exploring the area. And thank goodness for the free WiFi, couldn't survive without it! Milan Malpensa Airport was only 47 km away, such a convenient location.
Who needs air conditioning? Sweating all night added a rustic touch to my stay.

What a fantastic find! This beautifully renovated authentic Italian apartment in the heart of a charming village exceeded all our expectations. With only a few tourists and friendly locals, including the amazing host Cynthia, we felt like we were truly living an authentic Italian experience. The convenience of having a grocery store, coffee shop, and gelateria right opposite the apartment was mind-blowing. And the free parking nearby made exploring the area a breeze. The cherry on top was the free access to a hillside farm and garden, where we had direct lake access, breathtaking views, and a guaranteed good time. The one-bedroom flat was well-loved and had a complete kitchen, making our stay comfortable and satisfying. Cynthia, despite the language barrier, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us navigate the area. The fresh flowers in the room added a special touch. We absolutely wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy everything this place had to offer. The arrival process was smooth, with Cynthia personally greeting us at the car park. The maisonette apartment was beyond words, with its stunning beauty and the host's impeccable taste showcased through treasured antique items. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. Cynthia's tips for dining and exploring around the village were super helpful. And the private farm, beach, and garden were jaw-dropping! Just a 20-minute walk from the apartment, it was a hidden gem with figs, lemon trees. We are already looking forward to returning to this magical place and experiencing the warm hospitality of the nicest people. Thank you, Cynthia, for an unforgettable stay!

We had an amazing, memorable trip to a beautifully renovated authentic Italian apartment in a small, lovely village on the lake. the host, Cinzia, was like a welcoming Italian aunt, always there to help and provide great tips for exploring the area. the apartment was comfortable and well-serviced, with lovely lake views from the bedroom. the location was perfect, with a small grocery shop and coffee shop/bar/gelateria just opposite the apartment. the cherry on the cake was the free access to a hillside farm and garden, where we could relax, swim, and enjoy amazing views.
The only thing to note is that there are a number of steps in the area, but this is expected in a mountainous region like Lake Como.

The house was authentic with modern touches, clean and tidy with all amenities I required. The location was perfect, and the host, Cinzia, was very welcoming and helpful with things to do in the area. Her farm was a must-visit, with a private terrace right on the lake. The local people were nice, and there was a supermarket opposite the apartment. Getting to the apartment was manageable, even with 100 steps to climb. an amazing stay!
All was good.
